The last time I reinstalled I lost all my gems and all my progress. Can you get a fix out please? Thank you very much! I love this game. The game itself is worth 5 stars in my opinion. But the number of times that it crashes is infuriating. And it is super wonderful after they add a new storyline.
Be prepared for crashes for at least 24 hours. I would love it if they would work out the bugs before releasing something new. Or the time I requested info on getting an update. I explained that I had done all the steps I told them exactly what I had done but that the game update did not load.
Guess what they told me to do! It appears to me that they have a pre-generated answer for questions and complaints. Have played it start to finish many times.
