Analytics Analytics. A little waxy with a touch of smoke. This is very nice. It is qutie oily and spicy think nutmeg , but mostly sweet. Full flavours of nuts and chocolate, some tobacco and stewed fruits. Mildly drying with a hefty helping of peat. A rather attractive Oban, with a great palate in which sweet and salty battle for supremacy. You can still find this one for around 60 EUR.

Thanks, Ruben. Nose: elegant. Malty start, alternating between sweet, fruity flavours peaches on syrup, honey and drier, more maritime associations seaweed, manzanilla sherry. Hints of smoke. Palate: good attack, oily mouthfeel. Rather sweet. Rich nutty and malty flavours, with notes of tobacco, chocolate and spices nutmeg.
